When did you launch?

We originally launched on Instagram (@havejerseys) in December of 2016. May 2017 we decided to design a website to make it easier for our customers.

Will you be adding new jerseys to the store?

YES! We are always adding jerseys to the store. Please check back every week to see what's added. If you have a request, please contact us and we'll look into adding any jersey.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all types of credit cards. That includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. We also accept PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card on this website?

Yes. 100% safe. All your information is protected by SSL. Meaning all the info you input is heavily encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. Exact same type of encryption used by banks.

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes. All orders come with tracking numbers so you can track where you order is. Please allow a couple days for tracking information to update on our servers. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship EVERYWHERE in the world.

How long does it take get my order?

We take pride in our respectable shipping times. Shipping and handling generally takes 5-18 days. International orders may take a few extra days. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We can change your order before we ship out your jersey. Once we have shipped out your jersey, all sales are final. Unless of course you received the wrong jersey or there is a defect with the jersey. If you received the wrong jersey, or there is a defective issue with it, please contact us right away so we can make things right for you.

How can I become a re-seller?

We'd love to have you on board as a re-seller. There is a lot of potential with us. Please email us @ havejerseysco@gmail.com.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Congrats on the discount code! There will be an option to enter it right on the checkout page.

Can I be featured on your social media or website?

Of course you can. Upload a picture of your jersey on Instagram and tag us (@havejerseys). We will see it and put it on our customer feedback page. Or email us.
